After a really successful evening in April, we are so excited to be collaborating with Robin's Nest Coffee Shop again to bring you another evening of nourishment.

Come and join us for a wonderful evening, along with our guest speaker Ali Goode, a qualified yoga instructor (@chi_ali_yoga) who will be sharing her health and wellness journey with us.

The evening is open to anyone and everyone who wants to delve a little deeper into the gut health world, who enjoys a beautiful, locally sourced plant based meal but also I hope it'll appeal to those who have their own stories too. Our vulnerabilities are often so much easier to navigate alongside those who have journeyed similar paths.

£40pp includes a kombucha shot, 3 course meal and a tea/coffee. Other soft drinks available to purchase on the night.
