Workshop Terms & Conditions

If your plans change and you are no longer able to attend a workshop, please let us know as soon as possible by sending an email to hello@refilledchichester.com.

• If you contact us with more than 7 days notice of the workshop, we will provide a full refund or you can move your booking to a future workshop.

• If you contact us within 7 days of the workshop, you will not be eligible for a refund or to move your booking to a different workshop unless we are able to fill the space.

• Transfers to other workshops are subject to availability.

• In the unlikely event we have to cancel a workshop, we will give as much notice as possible and you will receive a full refund. Refilled accepts no liability for any additional costs related to the cancellation.

• Workshops are open to anyone over the age of 16 (unless otherwise stated)
