Eating Rainbows

This talk explores the impact of our diet on our microbiomes, which in turn, affects our mood, sleep, concentration, immune systems and energy. It is a fully immersive, sensory workshop aiming to educate and inspire. It involves:

• Touching, tasting, exploring fruit & veg

• Discussion about our health and microbiomes

• Whole food diets and what they consist of

• The importance of a diverse diet

£75 - interactive assembly / talk (up to 2 hours)
Recommended to schools, youth groups, colleges etc. offering an in-depth insight into the chosen workshop topic.

This session can be split as required by the school/organisation (details to be discussed and pre-arranged)
