In this workshop, we’ll be getting our hands dirty making some fresh potato gnocchi for you to take home as well as whipping up an easy wild garlic pesto.
We’ll chat about the rules of foraging wild garlic and where we forage it locally as well as the advantages of cooking from scratch instead of using pre-packaged processed food.
Vegan and Gluten free flour options available (although the area will not be contaminate free)
£25 for a family ticket admits one adult and one child (8+). All children must be accompanied by an adult.
